It can include informations such as the dimensions and location of the foundation, the type of foundation being used (such as a slab, crawl space, or basement), the materials that will be used to construct the foundation, and any other pertinent information needed for the construction of the foundation.

Floor Plan(s)

A floor plan is a detailed diagram or drawing that shows the layout of a building or a specific floor of a building from a bird's-eye view. It provides a visual representation of the spatial relationships between rooms, walls, windows, doors, and other architectural features. A floor plan typically includes information such as the dimensions of each room, the location and size of doors and windows, the placement of fixtures and appliances, and any built-in features such as cabinetry or shelving. It may also include notes on the intended use of each room or area, as well as any relevant structural details.

Roof Plan

A roof plan is a detailed drawing or set of drawings that shows the design and layout of a building's roof. It typically includes information such as the shape and size of the roof, the materials that will be used to construct the roof, the location and size of roof vents, chimneys, and other penetrations, and any other pertinent information needed for the construction of the roof.

Exterior Elevation

An exterior elevation plan is a detailed drawing or set of drawings that show the external appearance and design of a building's facade or exterior walls. It provides a visual representation of the building's appearance as seen from the outside, including its architectural details, materials, and finishes.

Interior elevation

An interior elevation plan is a detailed drawing or set of drawings that show the design and layout of a building's interior walls, including any significant features such as built-in cabinetry, fireplaces, or decorative wall treatments. It provides a visual representation of the vertical dimensions and spatial relationships between various interior elements.

Electrical Plan(s)

An electrical plan is a detailed drawing or set of drawings that shows the electrical systems and layout of a building. It provides a visual representation of the location of electrical wiring, fixtures, and devices, as well as the electrical load and power requirements for each part of the building.

Plumbing Plan

A plumbing plan is a detailed drawing or set of drawings that show the design and layout of a building's plumbing system. It provides a visual representation of the location and configuration of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components, as well as the plumbing load and water flow requirements for each part of the building. A plumbing plan typically includes information such as the location of water supply and drainage lines, the location and size of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and showers, and any other details that are important for the installation and operation of the plumbing system.

Materials List

A materials list, also known as a bill of materials, is a comprehensive list of all the materials and supplies needed to construct a house or building. It includes all the materials required for the various stages of the construction process, such as the foundation, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, and finishing work. A materials list typically includes detailed information about each item, such as the type of material, the quantity needed, the dimensions, and any special features or specifications. It doesn’t include the cost of each item and the total cost, because this can vary and depends on the supplier you choose.
